About Us
PSI sells compressor parts backed by 45 years of operational experience in the reciprocating compressor market. “We use what we sell” which gives us the opportunity to monitor the quality of the parts on an ongoing basis.
We service mainly large reciprocating air and gas compressors in the 150Kw to 900Kw sector, and in some cases small specialised high pressure gas and air compressors 70 to 300 bar.Our service covers fault finding, valve changes, piston ring (PTFE) changes, packing boxes, piston rods and major overhauls, as well as material and part upgrades to extend component and compressor service life.
We have a compressor valve reconditioning facility at our workshop. The workshop is in Cape Town, but most work is done on site due to the size of the compressors.For this we have a fully kitted out service van which allows us to set up shop on site.
