Our Story
Rob Scott the owner of PSI started off in compressors in 1972 ,gaining an engineering qualification after 4 years apprenticeship with City and Guilds in the UK. After gaining experience repairing compressors for a construction plant company in Staffordshire he moved to Cape Town and worked at Compair as a compressor technician for 12 years.
He then went on to become a salesman, and later technology manager of rings, packings and new products with Hoerbiger. In 2000 he started PSI with a vision of providing customers with incredible service backed by his extensive experience and knowledge.
